This beautiful beach property can be best described as a private resort, best suited for a large family or group of friends. Located on a secluded road on a cul de sac surrounded by nature, you are in the heart of the Jewish community of Santa Clara, just steps away from the newly built synagogue Mishkan Moche. Access to the community is limited to owners by an electric gate located just off of the Pan American highway. At the end of the quiet road there is a private passageway leading to the tranquil white sandy beach.

Layout:

The private resort consists of 4 separate houses on one large lot of over 3000 m2. The main house at the foreground of the property has the 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a master bedroom on the top floor with 2 terraces that provide an ocean view. The single car garage also gives you direct access to the large atrium with a soaring double-height ceiling.

Directly in front of the single car garage, you can see  a covered carport that can easily fit up to 5 extra cars, with an attached workshop where your creative projects can spring to life. On the other side of the workshop there is a full bathroom with shower, providing you with an area to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach without tracking a mess through any of the houses.

The 3 subsequent houses have an identical construction with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a fluid look. Private kitchen and laundry room gives each unit full autonomy. The beautifully landscaped garden provides each house with privacy. A pool and large bohio in the center of the property for a shared space to enjoy eachothers company. The bohio has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen to enjoy outdoor living day in and day out.

Construction:

With approximately 800m2 of construction, this resort was built with the highest of standards. Built by a Canadian engineer and contractor, construction was supervised at every stage. Using the top technology of M2 panels, each house is incredibly well insulated. You will not find yourself having to turn on the air conditioners, even though there are 15 in total throughout.
